We identify candidates from a variety of sources, depending on the confidentiality of the search, including our own resume database, posted job ads and cold calls. Once we have identified the right match, every candidate is carefully screened for their technical and industry knowledge and for cultural fit. By spending time with our executive candidates, we determine whether the open position is the best career move for them. We provide a list of qualified candidates with screening notes and recommendations.

The Interview:

We assist our clients through the interview process as needed. We can prepare the interview questionnaire, coach the interviewer or be present for support during the interview.

Reference Checking:

Reference checks are conducted in a professional and confidential manner. A complete reference report is provided before the final decision is made.

Notifications:

Once an offer is accepted, we communicate with every candidate who has been interviewed during the entire process to close the file. This leaves a positive image in the mind of each applicant who has come into contact with your organization through us.
