- Initiating cold calls and more - whatever necessary to bring quality directly to you
Once we have identified the right applicants for you, we perform pre-employment screening for technical aptitude, industry knowledge and a cultural fit.
By spending time with our executive candidates, we determine whether the open position is the best career move for them. We then provide you a targeted list of highly qualified candidates with screening notes and custom recommendations.
The Interview:

Reference Checking:
Reference checks are conducted in a professional and confidential manner. A complete reference report is provided before the final decision is made.
Notifications:
Once an offer is accepted, we communicate with every candidate who has been interviewed during the entire process to close the file. This leaves a positive image in the mind of each applicant who has come into contact with your organization through us.
